8:30am LA Fitness Grant ✌🏼
Confessions moment... I haven’t been very good about this social media page recently. My Sunday morning classes came to a screeching halt. I haven’t been doing enough of my own personal practice. I’ve been working too much. The list goes on...
It hasn’t been all negative though either! Many blessings have come my way the last months. Life is changing.
So while I might be quiet here, know that I’m going with the ebbs and flows. Enjoying the ride ✌🏼
