Sorry for the last minute update! This is Kira, l was unable to make it in yesterday, my sincerest apologies. I sustained an injury to my left wrist in the early morning hours that required a trip to urgent care. They declined to treat my injury, suggesting that it may need to be surgically repaired rather than basic stitches. Fortunately after a few tests, the er doc was certain that basic stitches would be fine and no further procedures would be necessary. I was discharged near 5pm yesterday. Today my book was closed to 1)allow my injury to rest and acclimate to the stitches and 2)for me to attend my grandson’s 8th grade graduation 🧑‍🎓!
The little boy with blue hair always hanging around the back of the salon until he started kindergarten is now close to 6ft tall at 14 1/2 and starting high school in September! Still with his blue hair! Although he has decided to to let the color grow out!
Tomorrow morning is my nephew’s graduation from 8th grade as well, my book will reopen for the rest of day tomorrow after the ceremony!
