Equine cryotherapy may help support recovery following exercise or competition, temporarily reduce soreness and inflammation, and provide cooling support for tired muscles, joints, tendons, and other targeted areas. It can be a useful addition to an overall conditioning and recovery program for performance, working, and recreational horses and mules.
