Lip filler migration can create heaviness above the lip, blur the border, create creases around the mouth, and take away from the natural shape we’re trying to enhance. She also has beautiful PMU lip liner so sometimes that can mask migration & is also why a very thorough assessment of anatomy & past treatments are imperative when creating a treatment plan💉

After fully dissolving old filler, we waited 2 weeks & used Redensity to improve hydration & lay the foundation/structure for her lip tissue before potentially layering it with a dif filler (in the future) that will add more volume. Rheology matters, especially after dissolving lips- the tissue is more lax/dehydrated.

We also added a bit of midface support to further improve support around the mouth. Redensity takes about 1-2 weeks to fully integrate with the tissue & settle so it only goes up from here, stay tuned 😍💉
