Hey guys! These policies arnt “new” I’ve had them in place since I started at Mimosa 5 years ago this March but I’ve been VERY VERY lenient about last minute cancellations, rescheduling and no shows. Starting February 1st I will be enforcing my policies I’ve had in place. Listen I totally get life happens and things come up (I’ve got 3 kids) please just let me know as soon as possible if you need to change something. Also please start checking your text reminders and confirming appointments. You are sent a text when you book, a text 2 days before to confirm and then a text a hour before. You can download the Square Go app and it will put all appointments on your calendar for you and you can see them/reschedule and book again! Y’all are the absolute best clients ever and I am so grateful to be going on year 9 in this business. I would not be where I am today without yall🤍
