This last year I’ve changed how I define client consistency.

Consistency is not necessarily rebooking every 4-8 weeks. Because with the economy, and life in general, some clients who may want to come in, can’t.

And I never want to make them feel guilty of that.

Instead, I make sure they’re consistent with homecare.

Because every esthetician can agree that the real change is in the products used and lifestyle choices made every day. Not the facial done once a month—while doing nothing the other 30 days.

That may mean I’m not booked out for months at a time. But that’s ok.

Because prioritizing skincare in my business has increased client trust, communication, and long term retention.

So when they’re finally ready to rebook? They do.

That’s the difference between an esthetician who sells a one time experience and one who genuinely wants the best for you.

Acne is a complex condition that needs attention sooner than later. WHY? Most moderate to severe acne (see pic) in teen clients could’ve been prevented if treated as a pr***en with mild acne.

Professional skincare is THE 🔑 to busting up blackheads & killing the bacteria that causes acne before it becomes a huge problem. Unfortunately, your drugstore Cetaphil, La Roche-Posay, & Neutrogena products just won’t cut it 🫣.

As an acne expert, I’m trained to help guide you & your teen to healthy skin so that we can try to avoid scarring or going on harsh medications like Accutane.
