Thursday Date Night Dinner! We went back to Wu Zhao Bentonville for a Mandarin Chinese meal. While the Spicy Pork Dumplings were good (not pictured) the Manuka Honey Chicken and Coconut Curry Mussels left us disappointed. The chicken was dry and chewy, while the mussels were not very flavorful, and bland. Visually they were beautifully plated, but unfortunately they fell flat on taste.
I saw it and could instantly smell the blockbuster store 🫠 So nostalgic.
Let’s just say my palate got a little more adventurous in China 🤣

On Wednesday, rather than take out, I made one of my favorite Chinese dishes - Moo Goo G*i Pan. The recipe was pretty easy and a hit with Mr Naud, and will be added to the rotation.
