She incorporates a variety of advanced techniques and modalities in each session, whatever she feel like is going to have you walking out better than you walked in. The combination of techniques that may be used in a session are deep tissue, relaxation, trigger point therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, scar tissue release, visceral manipulation, facilitated stretching techniques, hot/cold stones, massage cupping, and gua sha. Upon request she can also apply RockTape kinesiology tape to help with any inflammation, pain, or postural issues. She can also use a variety of essential oils and topical pain relieving lotions/gels upon request.
