One of my favorite hobbies/stress reliever is walking! I love a good walk! Even a decent climb will do in a pinch with the kids.
What are your relaxation/favorite hobbies?

Do you know what muscle group is my favorite? The Glutes! Butt....hehe, you might be surprised why.
The Glutes happen to be a large muscle group that has its hands in knee pain, hip pain and lower back pain. A few minutes stretching or massaging this muscle group can be the first step to relief. I love this muscle set because it is always a surprise to my clients how much relief they receive.
Give me a call/text at 605-929-2749
