He walked the team through his Intentional Blonde foiling technique. Focusing on impactful placement, different weaving patterns, and strategic teasing in each section to create blondes that are soft, seamless, dimensional, and sparkly.

Kicked off our quarterly education with Sierra’s balayage class ✨
We explored a new technique using the Davines blending brush on curly hair, diving into curl-specific saturation, thoughtful sectioning, and intentional placement.
Finished with a curl styling demo that left the hair soft, defined, and so pretty. Sharing our techniques with each other and learning together never stops!

Today people across the country are already responding to deeply painful events in Minnesota — including the fatal shootings of Renée Good and Alex Pretti by federal immigration enforcement officers. 

At Scarlet Salon, we stand in solidarity with communities working for justice, dignity, and safety for all people. We will be participating in the national economic blackout and also encouraging peaceful protest and advocacy in the days ahead.
