Folks Healing’s Seasonal Foundations Course introduces participants to healing through seasonal awareness, self-care practices, and shared learning. Each season of the foundations course offers practical tools for supporting oneself and others, alongside an embodied introduction to Chinese medical cosmology. Participants learn to recognize seasonal patterns in the body, practice simple forms of care, and develop a relationship with medicine as something lived and relational.

Our Tui-Na massage & Moxa treatment is designed as a gentle nudge to wake you up from Winter’s slumber while still making sure that you have enough grounding and rest for a rooted emergence.
