We got a call Friday morning that the Emeryville Bay Street mall was pulling out and dumping a bunch of healthy plants and large pots. We raced down there and managed to rescue 2 huge mature Leucadendrons, a Princess Tree, a bunch of Asparagus densiflorus ferns and several HUGE pots. I have finally filled in the lost corner of our garden! AND solved the dilemma of the front entry area (that we didn’t want to dig up because we use it as a Nursury area) by installing the large pots that will create a beautiful centerpiece.
