🌸 Embracing Pink, Unapologetically 💖
Growing up, I used to hear that pink was “too girly,” “too soft,” or “too much.” 💕
But you know what?! Pink is power, confidence, and the perfect mix of fierce and feminine. Whether it’s pastel, neon, or blush—this color represents strength in softness and the beauty of embracing who we truly are. 🌷✨
So here’s to wearing, loving, and owning pink—unapologetically. 💗
Courtney and I recently took a trip to Nashville to attend an advanced hair coloring, cutting and technique class where we dove deeper into the latest trends in balayage, dimensional blonding, color application and cutting. The instructors were top-tier stylists, and being in that creative environment really motivated us to refine our skills and take our work and salon to the next level. We left feeling so inspired and excited to bring these new techniques back to Connecticut and all of you!
But it wasn’t all work—We made sure to fully enjoy Nashville! After class, we explored the city, checking out some amazing local restaurants. Of course we hit up Broadway and experienced the legendary live music scene. It was the perfect way to unwind after a full day of learning.
This trip was the perfect mix of education and fun. We not only leveled up our skills, but also soaked in the vibrant culture of Nashville. It was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait for the next opportunity to learn and explore!

We are asking for your HELP to spread some love this holiday season. We are collecting donations for the Prudence Crandall center. Please feel free to drop off any of the items on the list posted below. We will be accepting donations up until the close of business on 12/23/21
In addition to your donations, The Color Platform will be donating $5 of every $25 dollar gift card purchased now through December 23rd, 2021
