Berryville Massage

Hello, October.
Cooler days, changing leaves, and apparently it was time for Berryville Massage to get a little fall color too.
Here’s to a beautiful new month and remembering to make a little room for yourself in it.

Thanks O'Reilly's!!

The first rainy Sunday we’ve had in forever called for a little trip to Eureka Springs and a bowl of Sweata’ Weatha’ at at B-side cafe inside Mojo’s Records.
Cheddar grits, carnitas, pickled onions and crema—apparently the weather ordered lunch for me today.
Then I found a Christopher Cross record and an All in the Family soundtrack while browsing. I love Archie, so that one definitely made me smile.
Good food, good music and a little Sunday wandering. Just what I needed.

Some days in business are exciting.
New ideas, new services, big plans, celebrations and things worth sharing.
And some days are just… regular.
The schedule is full. The laundry needs to be done. The treatment room needs to be reset. There are messages to answer, supplies to keep stocked and appointments to get ready for.
Nothing particularly exciting to report today.
Just another full day of showing up, doing the work and building a business one ordinary day at a time.
And honestly, there’s something pretty good about that too.

I truly have the most thoughtful clients.

One of my clients brought me this beautiful little watercolor, and it now has a home right here in my treatment room. Gifts like this mean so much to me—not simply because they’re beautiful, but because they remind me of the genuine relationships that have grown inside this space.
Every appointment booked, every referral, every kind word, every shared post, and every person who trusts me with their care has helped Berryville Massage become what it is today.
I never take that support for granted. I’m incredibly grateful that I get to do work I love while serving such wonderful women in this community.
Thank you for continuing to support me, encourage me, and make my treatment room feel like something truly special.

Did you know I offer hypnosis at Berryville Massage?
Alongside my other services, I offer hypnosis for self-improvement, including programs focused on weight loss and stopping smoking.
If you’ve been curious about hypnosis but weren’t sure what you’d come in for, those are two things we can work on together. We’ll talk about what you want to change and make your goal the focus of your sessions.
I’m currently offering hypnosis at a reduced rate of $25 per hour. If you’d like to know more about either program, send me a message. I’d be happy to discuss it with you.

Namaste in my office… especially when there’s coffee.
Picked up Coastal Mocha and Macadamia Delight to-go coffees from Zorba’s Coffee for their two-year anniversary. As you can see, one has already been thoroughly investigated.
Happy two years, Zorba’s! Cheers from Berryville Massage—thanks for keeping this massage therapist caffeinated!

Look who made it onto the Bobcats shirt!

The Berryville Massage logo is on the back and had to get a picture. It’s pretty fun seeing my business name out there in Bobcat purple and gold.

Go Bobcats!
