The benefits in this position Called Astavakrasana is it develops nervous control, reverses the flow of apana, directs the energy to manipura chakra, and strengthens the wrists, leg and arm muscles.

There are two ways to get into this pose. There’s The traditional way which is from the lizard position but the way I prefer Is a fun transition from down dog into eka pada and then jumping into chatarunga:)
