Big changes at Lux Studio

Dear Valued Clients,

I am pleased to announce that Lux Studios located at 4711 Montgomery Lane, Bethesda, Md.has been transferred to a new owner MODA Salon Studios. The change in ownership will go into effect on November, 1, 2020.

I want to assure you that KennyWestHair hours of operation and services will continue as they have for the last six years.

MODA Salon Studios is a member of the Symmetry Salon Studio Group which will help to make site improvements and visual makeover of salon studios.

Dear KennyWestHair Studio Clients,

I hope all of you are healthy and well during this difficult time of the Covid-19 pandemic. My family has remained untouched by this illness and we are thankful and looking forward to getting back to work.

On Thursday, May 28th Montgomery County Executives authorized that salons and barbers could open for the general public. Therefore, Lux Studios will be open for business Monday June 1st at 10:00a.m. Clients are urged to schedule their services online through the Vagaro beauty fitness app, or through our front desk coordinator 301-907-6810.

We are asking all guests to please come to your appointment alone unless special assistance is required. The waiting area is closed off for now to limit exposure, so we ask that you do not arrive early for your appointment. We are scheduling appointments to allow for one client only with time in between to clean and sanitize the studio. Additionally, we are asking all clients to wear face masks as well as other PPE items. Face masks and gloves will be worn by all Lux Studio staff.

I will be waiving all cancellation fees as to insure that clients know they can cancel without penalty if they are not feeling well.
