Whew! The last week was an absolute whirlwind studying at Carlson College of Massage Therapy, learning from one of the best, James Waslaski! I am so excited to share the wisdom of several top manual therapists, who are changing the face of modern medicine through Massage Therapy.

We've been huge proponents of cellular therapy for the last 6 years, and with the incredible orthopedic assement and treatment techniques, we are happy to offer more plentiful outcomes.

Yesterday was a special spa birthday treatment, that lasted upwards of 4 hours with the birthday client 🥳 I hope it was the best day ever!

Now that I have a moment, Quad City Reader's Choice 2026 nominations are underway! We are asking for nominations in BOTH Massage and Spa categories under Health/Beauty!
