Those sunny days are long and your skin is starting to feel it... Getting adequate support during these dog days can be tricky, but doesn't have to be.

Today, the 80 year-old sun goddess on my table lamented about consistent care and the challenges of knowing what her skin needed- through stress, through travel, and through grief.

After a thorough consultation, I determined which nutrient-rich products would envelope and enrich, manual techniques to help boost circulation; to create somatic connection and inspire cellular proliferation. We spoke at length about the intricacies of aging, and the societal expectations (and illusions) in so doing.

As the facial wound down, her breathing slowed and her breath deepened. After finishing serums and sunscreen were applied, she mentioned that the service was just what she needed. She was energized and visibly relaxed and left much lighter than she had arrived.

Balance is what our systems crave- whether it be skin hydration or the nervous system's need for a moment to just be. A small recalibration has the ability to rewire our neural pathways.

Caring for clients on my table and holding space is one of my greatest joys. Helping people find balance and prioritize health is a passion.
