🚨 Update! 🚨

Well…we’re finally doing it. 😅

After what feels like the longest season of Keeping Up with My Knee, it’s finally time for the grand finale! 🥁

On October 6th, I’m getting a partial knee replacement. This has actually been the end goal since all this hoopla started last summer. The last surgery was just the “bonus level” I had to complete before unlocking this one. I guess I’m a special case like that. 🤪

The good news is this recovery should be much easier, which means I plan to be back behind the chair pretty quickly! I will probably only be working a few hours a day for the first week or two while I break in my new hardware. If appointments are a little harder to snag during that time, I promise it’s only temporary.

Thank you all for your patience, support, and for sticking with me through this ridiculous knee journey. You guys have been the absolute best, and I can’t wait to come back with a shiny new knee and (hopefully) a lot less creaking. ☺️

The Welk girls wanted to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday weekend!! They conned their mom into pampering them before it was time to hit the road. We’re headed home to spend some quality time with our Montana family!

Woo!!!! Secrets out!!! 🥳🥳

You all know we always have something fresh going on in here. 😎

If you've been in the salon in the past month, you have definitely seen more of Ty... get used to that because he is currently apprenticing.

Greatness coming... stay tuned for when he can start taking clients.

He is going to be a kicka** barber 😜

He will be specializing in men's services HOWEVER he will be trained in EVERYTHING under cosmetology!👏👏👏

Hey mamas, you mean the world to us! Thank you for being the first stylists in all of our lives! We love you! Please take a flower when you leave our favorite place this week! 🤍💐 Happy Mother's Day!

☀️ Schedule Update ☀️

With summer and the end of year approaching, my kids’ schedules are shifting quite a bit. I want to give everyone a heads up that I may need to reschedule some upcoming appointments.

As much as I love being here and showing up for all of you, my family comes first - especially during these busy summer months. Last year, I didn’t always prioritize their schedules the way I should have, and I’m making a conscious effort to do better this year.

I truly appreciate your understanding, flexibility, and continued support. It never goes unnoticed. If your appointment needs to be adjusted, I’ll reach out as soon as possible to get you taken care of. I do allow clients to book out quite far in advance and I may not always be able to get those appointments rescheduled as quickly as normal. I will try my hardest to accommodate these changes to the best of my ability.

Thank you for always supporting me both as your stylist, nail artist, and as a mom. 🫶🏼

She went all the way to South Africa, did all the safari adventures … and came back for an ostrich of her own.🐦💅
