You guys, he's going to be SO good!

Listen, Ty is the world's most supportive husband and parter. If you know, you know. Me over here, 100% an entrepreneur brain(and most likely ADHD😅) 100 tabs open, he hears it all. I don't speak things out loud until I have usually thought of 1,000 ways it won't work. Then there's this guy, he helps me find the 1 way it will and we put every physical, emotional and mental workload possible to the test to make things happen. Nothing would get done without him. The man does everything he possibly can for me and our famiy.

Not just we be HE is BUSY. Ty works shift at Coteau, runs the commercial units we own, he's the most intentional girl dad and husband, has maintenance at home and our 2 businesses... NONE of this is going to change. He has always done the business side at the salon and most know he's the work horse behind all of the salon revamps, renos, refreshes, maintence, heavy boxes, moving snow, and is the first call for anything and everything we need for ALL of the salon girlies along with doing permanent jewelry(another opened tab idea😅) Now this; 2500hrs of schooling, book work, modues, tests and on the job training with me as his educator and boss.🥴

You know that whole not speaking of things before we know how to make it happen? Plot twist, we have been talking about this for about 6 years now, the opportunity only presented itself in January when apprenticeship became a possibility for us. So those who were wondering how the heck this just came about, it didn't.😜

Ty has been my number one advocate and the first to hop on a wild ride that I present... usually I come up with the ideas, he makes it happen. This one though, it gives me the purest joy to watch him build confidence and accomplish something he's so excited about, even cooler that it's in the industry I have invested in and loved for almost 15 years. But when I see it click for him... you guys, he's going to be incredible. Im just here to hype him up, share the progress, guide as much as I can and watch his work turn into success.

Im so proud of him. Give him grace, time and all of the props, he needs and deserves it.

It's getting real!😎 First fade in the books, Thanks to Brandon for letting Ty learn on his cut and grow confidence with his clipper. I'll keep you all in the know as Ty progresses behind the chair and when he is able to take on client!

I know I've been a bit absent on social media...

I promise, I'm still here, still busy behind the chair, enjoying genuine connections with each client.

I'm just spending extra time trying to be intentional with the most important parts of my life.

Getting back into routine is in full swing and I'm here for it.
