We are so used to seeing products that say “oil free” and taught to avoid it at all costs if you are oily or acne prone. However, if used correctly, the right oils can totally transform your skin 🧡

Contact dermatitis is a b*tch! More and more people are starting to experience this due to:
💥overdoing it with actives
💥too many new products at the same time
💥too high of a percentage of retinol/vit c
💥allergic reaction to synthetic ingredients from prolonged use
If you are experiencing this:
1. Simplify your routine
2. Absolutely no active ingredients
3. Gentle cleanser and moisturizer am/pm
4. You can put a cold compress on affected area
5. If it gets worse, see a dermatologist
If you catch it soon enough, this can clear up within a couple of days. TCO has been a lifesaver for me personally whenever I’ve had a flare up as well as many of my clients ❣️

This summer felt like 5 years! Literally love what I do sm 💕
SPF can only do so much - focusing on collagen stimulation before you start seeing deep wrinkles and texture change is one of the best ways to support your skin as you get older. More collagen allows for more water in the skin 🤝 and we need both for healthy skin
