Fast paced, beautiful, Beverly Hills Salon is looking for an exceptional individual to help the administrative side of the business to run harmoniously.
Applicants preferably should have salon, spa or hospitality experience. Ability to learn the services and floor activity to optimize sales and growth.
Duties include:
Greeting and checking in clients
Scheduling, Managing and Checking Out Clients on SalonBooker software
Managing Technicians Schedules
CC machine and cash drawer reconciliations
Printing of schedules/reports
Opening/Closing procedures
Managing 3-line phone system
Misc. salon related tasks
IMPORTANT- APPLICANT MUST BE:
-- Well Presented
-- Have the ability to work efficiently, intelligently and calmly under pressure
-- Totally dedicated to a position in the company, without any other distractions or obligations that may hinder performance and reliability.
-- Ability to adapt and learn quickly, whilst maintaining the integrity of the business
-- Deal with a high-end clientele, which demands that employees be well spoken, polite, and professional at ALL times.
HOURS: TBD based on experience. Sundays will be required.
