This is one of my favorite and easiest habits that i do every night to release the extra weight in my ankles 🫶

Everything that travels down during the day just sits in your ankles and thats why there’s this amount of fluid stuck everyday. Putting your legs up for 10 minutes every day will send it all back up!

Other benefits:

- reduces swelling in feet and ankles
- improves circulation while you sleep
- relieves pressure on your lower back
- calms your nervous system before bed

This is my full reset day. The habits I come back to whenever my body needs a little extra love 🫶
