I’m a certified trichologist, a (self-proclaimed) professional thrifter, a heavy-lifting enthusiast, a mama, and someone who firmly believes that if Paris ever calls, I’m answering 🇫🇷

I’m also 2.5 years sober, and that journey has shaped so much of who I am today!

But more than anything, empowering other people is my thing. I love helping people feel more confident, dream a little bigger, and realize they’re capable of WAY more than they think they are.
