If you are in need of a soak off, please be sure to book it as part of your appointment. A soak off requires additional time and cannot always be accommodated if it hasn’t been scheduled.

If this is your first appointment with me and you arrive with grown out product applied by another nail technician, please understand that a fill may not be possible. I cannot guarantee the integrity of products I didn’t apply, and I don’t know what brands or techniques were previously used. Older, lifted, or heavily grown out enhancements may no longer be structurally sound, making a complete soak off and fresh application the safest and most appropriate service.

Arriving expecting a fill when a soak off is actually needed creates scheduling challenges that impact the rest of my day and the appointments of every client after you. As a solo nail technician, I carefully schedule enough time for each service so I can provide everyone with the quality they deserve.
