January 28 at 9:30 PM through January 29 at 7:00 AM:

Alfred St - Main St to Birch St
Franklin St - Main St to Alfred St, including the perpendicular parking spaces
Lincoln St - Main St to Elm St
Water St - Main St to Sullivan St

January 29 at 6:00 AM through January 29 at 12:00 PM:
Clark St - Alfred St to Prospect St
Myrtle St - Alfred St to Prospect St
Prospect St - Clark St to Myrtle St

A $5 Snow Removal parking rate will be effective in Premium Parking lot P4305 (Foss Street) and in the Pearl Street Parking Garage (P4301) during tonight's parking ban. You must use the kiosk located in each lot or use the code "SNOWREMOVAL" online to access the discounted parking rate.

Pike street may have a new name in its future. Those of you who run by (yes, we think you’re super human) may have already seen these babies. Ripe already. You can pick some on your way in the door.

Sometimes we laugh during a massage. Ok, frequently we laugh. 😂 Working with dancers and other body workers (like our model ) is super fun because we can share information about body stuff. We learn from all of our clients because we all experience our bodies differently, but folks who have spent time studying bodies are particularly good at describing things. If you’re looking for some guidance with your physical training regimen, Liz is a great guide! She’s trained in Pilates, yoga and dance and is a patient, knowledgeable practitioner. Highly recommend!

She’s back! Chrystina is back from Colombia. These flowers and fungi are proof of visit. She’s already been in the office this week and has a couple of openings next week. Tuesday 3pm or 5pm. The flowers are taking over the path. And we are all looking forward to seeing you. The scent of milkweed is heavenly as you walk in. The stalks will be harvested soon to make a fine fiber (can’t actually grow cotton here). As you likely know, these massage therapists are also artists and tinkerers. See you soon!

Roses spill at your feet when you walk in.

These are our new greeters at Hark House. Don’t sleep on it. These guys go by pretty quickly. Russian purple irises appear to be next on the agenda. It’s also the season where we don’t have to heat or cool the space and it’s just lovely.

Pectoralis muscles do a lot a lot of work whether you’re a stone mason or a desk jockey or anything in between like this 4th grade teacher and author . Sometimes all of our muscles need a little reminder about how to relax. We can help with that. 📸
