I’ve spent years in business, first as a secular CEO then became a Christian and it radically transformed how I showed up in business. Once my eyes were opened, I saw industry after industry mission the very reason we were all there to begin with…

Faith.

The world says “religion doesn’t belong in the workplace”. They may be right… but faith sure does. It takes faith in something to step out of the norm of going to college, getting a 9-5, being an employee for 50 years and clocking in and out.

God transformed how I saw business. Instead of being a means to make money, it became a mission field. A way for him to encounter coworkers, employees, clients, vendors and more. He taught me it isn’t what people think- preaching to anyone who walks by.

It’s about walking differently, doing business differently, being DIFFERENT- to the point that people need to know why. And telling them the truth. Allowing them to watch God move in your life and business and Him getting all the glory.

I don’t know about you… but as a faith first entrepreneur, I want to know that someone else (besides God) isn’t telling me how I can do things.

This means having the freedom to speak freely and openly about my faith in any space. Being able to take lunches or vacations whenever I want. Limitless potential for growth without having to ask permission.

Don’t box yourself in by saying it’s too hard or it’s too difficult. You have God by your side… with God, all things are possible.

Feeling like this is so far out of reach? I created a community just for you. A place where faith led beauty pros gather together and accept the calling to go deeper into their faith and expand their current parameters to become the confident, successful, God led CEO they were always meant to be. The women who are already in the room have seen chains break, limiting beliefs disappear and are seeing REAL results.

If you have a dream, something that sounds almost impossible but you can’t shake the faith that it’s yours to chase…
• protect it
• refuse to doubt Gods hand on it
• speak life over it
• work hard and learn what you need to to become the person who can steward it once God fertilizes it.
• never box yourself into someone else’s beliefs and expectations of this life.
• don’t allow the world to dim your ability to dream

I promise you it’s possible to accomplish your dreams.

You first have to remember that those big dreams and desires that feel impossible and out of reach…. They’re most likely planted there by God.

Which means He will fund them, grow them, grow YOU while building, and He will make a way.

A year ago I was begging God to show me another way. I wanted to step out from behind the chair as a hairstylist. I loved what I was doing but I felt I was called to something else and I didn’t feel I could conquer the goals and dreams He’d given me in the same career path.

Suddenly ideas started flowing in and dreams I’d had for years felt more in reach than ever. I had a crazy, almost delusional sense of faith that it would all work out.

Less than a year later I’ve moved across the country into my dream apartment funded by the business God inspired me to build.

What was once a tiny dream that many people said would never successful and even doubted if it was where God was calling me… has grown into something bigger than even I ever saw possible.

And guess what? I have even bigger dreams and visions now.
