Wait… did you know this?! 👀
If you have Meridian Medicaid, you may have access to unlimited doula visits through your baby’s first birthday. 🤎
Support doesn’t stop after birth — the postpartum season matters too.
Let’s make sure families know what resources are available to them. ✨

There’s always something new to learn, and I’m grateful for every opportunity to continue growing so I can better support the families I serve. 💛

💭 I have a question for all the parents out there…
If you had known overnight postpartum support was available after bringing your baby home, would that have been something you would have wanted?
Those first weeks (and honestly, sometimes months) can feel like a beautiful blur of feeding, healing, little sleep, and learning a whole new rhythm as a family. 🤍
I’m exploring the idea of offering Fourth Trimester Support Packages — overnight visits designed to help families rest, recover, feel confident with newborn care, and have an extra set of knowledgeable hands during those long nights.
Whether your baby was 2 days old, 6 weeks old, or even several months in… I’d love to know:
✨ Would this have been helpful for you?
✨ What kind of support would you have wanted most during those overnight hours?
Drop your thoughts below — I’d love to hear from you! 💗

The hardest part of postpartum support? Saying goodbye. 🥹🤍
Last week was my final visit with a family I’ve had the honor of supporting through the newborn season. I came as their doula, but I leave feeling so grateful for the connection we built along the way.
Supporting parents as they find their rhythm, gain confidence, and learn their baby is why I do this work. 🤍
Every family I support leaves a little piece of their story with me, and I carry those moments with so much gratitude.
Thank you for welcoming me into your home, trusting me during such a vulnerable season, and allowing me to walk alongside you as you stepped into parenthood.
Wishing your family endless love, growth, and beautiful memories ahead. 🤍

✨ Welcome Baby! 💙 ✨
After 41 weeks of patiently waiting to meet her baby, this incredible mama stepped into her birth journey with strength, confidence, and trust in her body.
Watching her bring her baby earthside was an incredible reminder of the power, strength, and resilience of birthing people.
It was an honor to support this family through such a transformative moment. Congratulations on your beautiful baby boy! 💙

This is a real fear! A stroller wagon & baby wearing are great options! 🤍
stay at home moms of multiples… I NEED HELP.
so my man just went back to work this week and now i’m stuck home alone with not 1.. not 2… but 3 kids 💀
2 of them are toddlers, and 1 is an infant.
HOW ARE WE DOING OUTINGS?!
i wanna bring them to the park but the way i am so scared to go by myself with all 3 😅
how are we doing grocery shopping? i feel like a first time mom trying to figure out how to take them all out of the house by myself 😂
i feel the park is a good first outing together but i definitely need some advice especially since my 4yr old is nonverbal!
