As a mom and a spray tan artist, healthy skin always comes first in our house — and these are the habits my kids hear about alllll year long:

✨ Sunscreen is non-negotiable
SPF every day. Not just pool days. Face, ears, neck, and even the tops of feet!

✨ Reapplying is the rule
Every 2 hours — and if you forget, don’t worry, I’ll magically appear with the sunscreen bottle ready for round two.

✨ Shade is cool
Hats, sunglasses, and snack breaks in the shade keep everyone happy and protected.

✨ A glow shouldn’t come from sun damage
When we want that bronzed look, we go sunless — confidence without compromising skin health.

✨ Skin care is self care
Learning young that taking care of your skin is just part of taking care of yourself.

Basically raising future adults who fear sunburn more than homework 😅

Wait your rinse time
Standard: 8–12 hrs
Rapid: 2–5 hrs

Lukewarm water only (not hot)
No soap on first rinse
No scrubbing or shaving
Rinse until water runs clear
Pat dry — don’t rub
