One of the most beautiful things about owning my business is that so many of my clients have become friends, and so many of my friends have become my biggest supporters.

This past year has been hard in ways I never expected, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without the women who have checked on me, listened to me, made me laugh, and just showed up. Sometimes you don’t need someone to fix anything. You just need someone to sit with you and remind you that you’re not alone.

To my girls who have loved me through the hard days, and to my clients who have become so much more than clients. thank you. You have no idea how much you mean to me.

If you’re worried about someone, it’s okay to ask. 💛

Many people hesitate to bring up su***de because they’re afraid they’ll say the wrong thing or somehow make things worse.

Asking directly does not put the idea in someone’s head. It can open the door to an honest conversation and help someone feel less alone.

If you’re concerned about someone:

• Find a quiet moment. Give them your time and your full attention.
• Ask directly. You can say, “Are you thinking about su***de?” You don’t need to have the perfect words.
• Listen. You don’t have to fix their pain. Let them talk without judgment or trying to explain their feelings away.
• Take them seriously. Statements like “I just want everything to stop” can be signs that someone needs support.
• Help them connect with support. Offer to call or text 988 together or help them reach a mental health professional.
• Stay with them if there is immediate danger. Don’t leave someone alone during an active crisis if you can safely stay with them.

If you or someone you love is in immediate danger, call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. It’s available 24/7. If there is an immediate risk of harm, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

You don’t need to be a mental health professional to make a difference. Sometimes, simply being willing to ask, listen, and stay can be incredibly important.

Start the conversation. Stay connected. Help someone get the support they need. 💛

THREE WEEKS UNTIL BALI! ✈️🌴

Hey lash babes!

I seriously cannot believe I leave for Bali in THREE WEEKS! 🥹
I’ve been planning this trip for almost six months, and if you know me, you KNOW I’ve planned every little detail. My driver, Aditya is officially booked for the entire trip, he has my giant itinerary, and he’s putting everything together based on locations, drive times and traffic. I’m basically down to the last few details!

This trip is so much more than a vacation for me. I wanted something filled with adventure, new experiences, healing, peace and things that are good for my soul. 🤍🌿 I’ve needed this for a long time, and I’m so proud of myself for making it happen.

Also, after planning this entire thing myself… just call me ANGEL FREAKING TRAVEL AGENT. 😂 Apparently I’ve discovered a new talentand maybe a new little side hustle.

I’m going to start sharing little sneak peeks and take you guys along once we get there because after hearing about Bali in the lash chair for MONTHS, you’re basically invested too.
