I have a beautiful new phone and back to my # 406-861-2844 . I did enjoy those months without one. Now back to incorporating it.

Good morning routine. Coffee in hand. A life I don't have to escape from anymore. Feels so good. I have so many of my routines that are healthy back in play. One's that ground me. Don't allow me to waste my energy on people, places or things that cannot come to my level. I work to hard to stay here. I need a deep connection. Deeper connection. I don't do small talk in hopes you grow up emotionally or spiritually anymore.
