NEW CANCELLATION POLICY

With the holidays approaching and everyone’s schedules beginning to fill up, we want to do everything we can to make sure our clients have the opportunity to get the appointments they need.

Effective immediately, we are updating our cancellation policy from 24 hours to 48 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling.

When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or missed altogether, it often leaves us without enough time to offer that appointment to another client. Providing 48 hours’ notice gives us a better opportunity to fill the opening and helps us accommodate more clients during the holiday season.

We understand that unexpected things happen, and we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this change.

Twenty-five years have passed, but for the families who lost someone, that day will never simply be history. Their loved ones are still missed, still remembered, and still carried in their hearts.

Today, we honor every life lost, every family forever changed, and every hero who gave everything to help another.

🚧 PARKING & TRAFFIC NOTICE 🚧

With the Food Truck Battle happening this Saturday, August 29th, you will see signs in our parking lot.

If you are coming in for an appointment, you are more than welcome to park in our parking lot! The signs are simply there to help keep parking available for our customers.

Please also expect some delays getting into the salon, as there will be more traffic in the area than normal. We recommend allowing yourself a little extra time to arrive for your appointment.
