When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved exclusively for you. To help protect my schedule and provide the best experience possible for all clients, the following policies are in place:

• A valid card on file is required for all appointments.
• A 50% deposit is required for services totaling $100 or more. Deposits are applied toward your service total.
• Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full deposit refund.
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit if the appointment cannot be filled.
• No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
• If a balance remains unpaid, an invoice will be emailed and future appointments will not be accepted until the balance is paid.

To better accommodate my family and seasonal scheduling needs, my business hours vary slightly throughout the year.

September–May
Monday–Friday: 9:00am–4:30pm

June–August
Monday–Friday: 9:30am–5:00pm

Weekend availability is limited and primarily reserved for weddings and bridal services during wedding season.

Appointments outside of normal business hours may be available on a limited basis and are subject to an after-hours fee.

To reserve your preferred appointment time, I recommend booking in advance.

If you've already booked your appointment before July 1, don't worry. Your appointment will stay at the current pricing, even if your appointment date is after July 1.

The updated pricing will only apply to appointments booked on or after July 1, 2026.

To keep things simple and predictable, pricing adjustments will take place annually each July moving forward.

Running a small business means constantly investing in education, products, tools, and improvements behind the scenes, and these adjustments help me continue providing the experience and results you expect when you sit in my chair.

We refreshed her balayage from a few months ago and added brighter blonde ribbons throughout the top for more contrast and dimension. Just enough brightness to make everything pop while keeping that soft, lived-in look she loves. 🤎
