She began her journey in a clinical setting alongside a manual physical therapist, building a strong foundation in therapeutic massage for a wide range of conditions. Since then, she’s expanded her expertise to include deep tissue, kinesiology taping, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, active release techniques, instrument-assisted massage, and pre- & perinatal care.
Her passion now lies in headache relief and women’s health massage—supporting clients through every stage of life, from prenatal to post-menopause. She truly believes our bodies carry us through so much, and is dedicated to helping you find relief, restore balance, and experience real relaxation in the midst of everyday life.
