Little Friday update.

I’ve been dipping in and out of highs and lows lately, but what I’m realizing is I’m much more able to navigate that now. And I’m so grateful for that. I’m listening to what I need and want but also to the needs and wants of those around me.

I feel healthy, I feel like I’m moving in the right direction. I feel myself learning and reflecting when I make an error.

I want to shout out my trainer Anthony Campo for being such a patient and understanding coach and physical therapist. I wish I would have found you years ago but here we are and we keep building!

Blessed to be attending once again. Last year I did a full send same week of the event. Super spontaneous. And life hasn’t been the same since. Can’t wait to see what magic awaits me this time around. ☺️☺️☺️
