Just a little psa from your friendly neighborhood nail gals. We totally understand that unexpected things come up in life…appointments might have to be canceled..we understand..but please try and communicate with the business providing you with a service that you won’t be able to keep said appointment. Unlike many salons, we don’t charge a cancellation fee nor to we require a deposit for pending services. So when someone just doesn’t show up, not only do we not make money…but we also now held an appointment slot that could have been given to another client.
