had to splash myself with water, because I thought I was dreaming!

At 41, I’ve gone from 225 to now being 145… and I feel better than I have in years!
It all started when I ran into my sister in-law a while back. She was wearing a sun dress and I couldn’t believe how stunning she looked. She was less than half the size she was the last time I saw her! I skipped the small talk because I had to know what she was doing! She started rambling on about things that boost our body, and yada yada science talk…and about a daily “Yummy Treat” she does that left me scratching my head.
At first, I told myself “nothing could be THAT simple, could it?“… but after learning more about it, no harm to give it a try.
Now at 41, I feel and look the way I did when I was younger! The two "yummy treat" a day has become my UNFAIR advantage! This has worked better for me than exercise or a strict meal plan. I can’t believe how many people don’t know about it!
