Adrienne Gartrell has been practicing massage therapy since 2014, bringing over a decade of experience and an impressive range of specializations to every session. With a passion for sports massage and advanced training in lymphatic drainage, facial acupressure, reflexology, hot and cold stones, aromatherapy, dry brushing, low back and hip mobility, and stretching, Adrienne meets each client exactly where they are.

Adrienne excels at helping high-stress professionals reclaim their bodies — using deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and targeted stretching to make real, lasting progress with chronic neck and shoulder tension. She also has a gift for creating a warm, relaxing experience for couples seeking to simply unwind together. Outside the treatment room, Adrienne channels her creativity through photography, videography, writing, and cooking, and loves traveling and cheering on her daughter at band exhibitions.

Sarah Spruell launched her massage therapy practice in 2025, specializing in trigger point therapy. One of her top clients is a personal trainer and bodybuilder who relies on her expertise to support muscle recovery and improve range of motion.

Through targeted treatments, Sarah helps him move more efficiently while reducing the risk of injury. Another client Sarah particularly enjoys working with is deeply committed to holistic self-care. Their sessions often include engaging discussions about various massage techniques and wellness practices. For this client, Sarah focuses on the neck and facial muscles that contribute to TMJ symptoms, helping to relieve jaw tension and discomfort.

Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys experimenting with new recipes, attending Pilates classes, and taking long walks with her dog.
