Salon 4 Seniors

If you're a professional with a license in cosmetology, and you enjoy working with the elderly, we need you! We specialize in salon services for senior care facilities around the southeast, and we’re hiring for a facility in the Auburn/Opelika area for one day per week, either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. There is no weekend work in this job. You would be working as the only stylist in the salon, and you can leave knowing you made someone’s day because these precious people don’t have as much to look forward to.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing shampoo sets, styling, coloring, perming, haircutting, waxing, & tweezing, and then inputting those services into a database on your phone or on a provided kindle. The job qualifications are to have a current cosmetology license in the state in which you’ll practice and have a minimum of 1 year of cosmetology/hairstylist experience in a salon.
You’ll be an independent contractor, but this opportunity provides you with a built-in clientele, someone to handle all the billing and ordering of supplies, and more!
