SWIPE👉 There’s more to pricing 💵than picking a number because it feels right to you or because your competitor charges a similar price.

Yes, what your colleagues and competitors are doing matters, but what matters the most is that you NEED to determine your prices that support YOUR business and make YOU profit.

If you are not charging the right way, you will see a flat line at the end of the month —even if you have a waitlist.

A robust consultation process is a crucial element for the color correction process to be smooth with extraordinary results, of which you feel confident and proud of your work. 🤩

It is the part where the client is deciding whether to trust you with their hair.

The consultation process is a skill you have to master to build trust and authority in your industry.

It is my ability to understand clients' vision by asking detailed questions.
So they understand and visually see what needs to be done.

SWIPE 👉 Whether it is a new customer or a return customer, we as professionals need to consult with every customer as it is the first time speaking with them. 🤓

When I learned to go deeper in the consultation process, I got a clear vision of their outcome, which led me to avoid mistakes.
Most importantly, it earned the client's trust and put me as a professional in the driver's seat!. Not the other way around.

Are you using your consultation as a professional growing process?

5 COMMON MISTAKES HAIRSTYLISTS MAKE WHEN BALAYAGE HAIR‼️HERE’S WHY

‼️I am so frustrated balayaging clients' hair I am about to throw in the towel!
I don't get enough lift; there are too many splotches‼️

Over the years, I have heard this many times, and still, stylists are not getting the balayage right. Few reasons could be:

1- Not maintaining appropriate tension. You might have heard this before, but it is essential to maintain the section taught when painting. It makes painting so much easier to apply, and the results are flawless🌟
2- The section is not being fully saturated. If you aren’t fully saturating the product onto the session, it dries out faster. Once it drys out, it stops working 😵. Ensure to apply it thick to where the whole strand looks white without any spots.

3-Now that you have applied the product thick, make sure it is consistent throughout the whole strand. Product consistency is so vital when painting hair.

4-After you have applyed the lightener thick and consistent throughout the section, ensure the underneath is even out as well. If the underneath is not consistently saturated, you will get spots and stains on the hair.

5-Elevation. Here is a tip I like to share about elevation: The closer to the root you paint, the higher the elevation. Insure to lower the elevation as you paint towards the hair ends
