Customer service is at the core of Tip Toe Nailz and I aim to make sure my clients are always satisfied. I may not always get it right and if I don’t I commit to make every effort to listen to your concern first and foremost and then fix the issue to the best of my ability. You can probably tell even with my written communications with clients that customer service is very important for me.

However (comma) be MINDFUL of your communication with me AND anyone else that I employ to assist me. My helpers are trained on how to communicate with the public on a level that I approve but I will not tolerate disrespect to me OR THEM.
