Hey y’all! To my new followers I’m Alexis, born and raised in Selma Alabama. Growing up I witnessed the effects of mental health and wellness. I know personally many whom battle depression and anxiety, or heart disease and obesity ect., - sometimes a mixture of health elements. It inspired me to pursue a career in mental health and wellness.

So, I got my degree in psychology and social work and started my wellness brand Dusk to Dawn Fitness in 2016. I have worked as personal trainer and in mental health for a few years now. My own journey of holistic wellness led me to explore herbal medicine and other natural wellness alternatives. (i’ll share more later) Along my journey I created Herban Soul Café a herbal tea wellness brand and soon I will be opening my first brick and mortar here in Birmingham, Al.

In the meantime, I will be collaborating both and from time to time showing you ways to maximize your health and wellness journey!
