Day 3
Breakfast Tropical Fruit Salad
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup pineapple (diced)
- 1 cup mango (diced)
- 1 cup kiwi (sliced)
- Juice of 1 lime
- instructions: Mix all fruits and drizzle with lime juice.

Lunch: Cucumber and Hummus Wrap
- 1 large cucumber (sliced thinly)
- 1/2 cup hummus
- Fresh herbs (dill or parsley)
- Lettuce leaves
- Instructions: Spread hummus on lettuce, layer cucumber and herbs, roll up, and enjoy.

Dinner: Stuffed Acorn Squash
- ingredients:
- 1 acorn squash (halved and seeded)
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup cranberries (dried)
- 1/4 cup pecans (chopped)
- Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Roast squash for 25 minutes. Mix quinoa, cranberries, and pecans, then stuff the squash and bake for another 15 minutes.
