I recently I’m going through a break up and if you were going through a hard time or break up I suggest journaling it is helped me a lot there’s even apps on your phone you can download the wonderful and digging into a lot of spirituality teachings and meditation has really brought me to my center and balanced me out and also has shown me how strong and And beautiful I am on the inside and out even with some of my autistic tantrums that I am working very hard on trying to work with my emotions dealing with autistic, dyslexia, OCD and ADD are very hard things to do to learn to control your emotions it’s been a struggle but I’m over coming and becoming stronger every day and very proud of myself.💫🦋

One of my biggest lessons were still learned to love myself truly love myself hug myself tell myself I love myself and enjoy being by myself now it’s time to spread my wings it’s time for my children to go on a new adventure to our new life and hopefully soon meet my soulmate he will truly value me and know my worth, and treat me with love and respect and not take me for granted.

I just want to be home with my children but out of this state.😞💫❤️🎁

It sucks when you have to start your whole life all over and at my age and children it’s harder to date.
