Starting Pay for Manager- $15/hr
Starting Pay for Receptionist- $12/hr

Management Responsibility:
———————————————
-Lead the salon staff team in providing excellent services.

-Interview, hire, and train salon staff in procedure, policy, and health regulations.

-Manage inventory salon products by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering replacement items.

-Account for and report profits and expenses of the salon.

-Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes.

Management Requirements-
———————————————-

High School Diploma or GED

-Cosmetology licensed preferred but not required.

-Previous experience in salon management

-Advanced organizational skills to manage staff and operations.

-Excellent communication and team-leading skills.

-Detailed knowledge about the beauty industry and client needs.

-Interest and ability to continue learning about market standards and changes in trends.

Receptionist Requirements-

- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 1- year experience as a receptionist.
- Proficiency in online booking software such as Vagaro.
- Strong marketing and sales abilities.
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Consistent professional presentation and pleasant demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and organization abilities.

Receptionist Responsibility-

- Greet and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Tending to customer needs, inquires, and complaints.
- Informing stylist about appointments and requirements.
- Managing phone calls, emails, deliveries, and office inventory.
- Processing bookings, cancellations, and managing appointment schedules.
- Ensuring the the reception area and all working areas is kept clean and professional.
- Processing transactions and issuing receipts.
- Assisting with marketing, social media, and sales.
- Provide clients with information on promotions, new products, and services.
