Before many people begin their morning, I have already achieved three intentional wins:

1️⃣ MAKE MY BED
My first act of discipline. I create order around me before I try to lead anything—or anyone—else.

2️⃣ CONNECT WITH GOD
Twenty minutes of prayer, gratitude, and spiritual alignment while drinking my warm morning elixir.

3️⃣ TRAIN MY BODY
Mobility work, hamstring stretching, 5:45 AM Hot Pilates, shower, sauna, hot tub, another sauna, and a protein shake.

Now I’m ready for my CEO Power Hour, connection with my Spa Mariana team, serving clients, and creating personalized massage and wellness plans.

Later today: prayer, a mental reset, team reports, intentional nutrition, weight training, family time, tomorrow’s preparation, meditation, and sleep.
