I've got some important updates for Kendal's DreadHeads! To keep things smooth, I will only book future appointments (for those who have trouble with website and have subscriptions) when you're physically present in the salon. Please do not leave without it if you need that assistance. With my virtual assistant Danielle focusing on her baby and me juggling school and family, we can't be as hands-on as before. The more you help us, the more we can help you.

That also means we will NOT be booking weekend appointments. Weekend appointments will open on the Ist of each month—look out for that! Weekends are for shampoo and retwists (styles) only, no color or extended services.

Emergency squeeze-ins will be by request and must be approved. Remember that this service is also for shampoo and retwist (style) only.

To help with timing and pricing, I'm creating different ways to book (T1,T2,T3) based on your loc count, length, maturity and density. At your next appointment, I'll let you know which tier your hair falls into based on those things. This way will help us avoid running over time or having large gaps between clients. If you want to know ahead of time, you can reach out and I'll confirm your tier, but typically, it'll be listed in the description when you book, along with different pricing and timing for each tier.

If you're looking for a cancellation or don't see a time that suits you, email us and we'll keep you posted. Preferred payments are cash, Apple Pay, or Zelle at 205-240-0227. We appreciate your patience as we balance new chapters.
