During this very challenging time we are currently going through together, here are a few recommendations for some extra sleep remedies that have generally helped me; Breathing in some Lavender before bed & adding to your bath, also using Lavender scented soap. Put some Lavender on your wrists & inhale and also on the bottom of your feet. Melatonin 5 mg. (time released works, the best) I generally take the 5 mg. & if needed take another 1/2 (which would make it 7.5 mg.) I read it is safe to take up to 10 mg. See what works for you. Take Care & Stay Safe & Healthy until we can all get together again!
