Hey guys good morning little change, I know that I’ve been talking about doing The 4 Week Gut Protocol. But with everybody doing the program the pills are on back order and with me not having a gallbladder and appendix that’s going to help with digestion of food. I think it’s better for my health to wait for those so that I can get down and dirty.
I’m actually kind of excited so until then I’m gonna wait until they’re in stock and order them and then start it so there’s still time my group tomorrow but me couple of teammates are going to start the 21 day fix real time program.

I’m about to do it again 21 day fix real time in my Weight loss Journey that I have been on I’m so excited to do it again and reboot.

It’s a NO EXERCISE, TOTAL BODY RESET that works you from the inside out. And why you may ask...if I’m already eating healthy and exercise regularly? Well because I think we all can benefit from a tune-up. And because I want:

To de-stress my gut
To improve my education in nutrition

Oh my gosh I am jumping up and down I am so happy I’ve been wanting this for so long I still have more things to add but it’s getting there I can’t wait to show you guys when everything when it’s all done & flooring is in the kitchen the dining room in the living room it’s down just needs trim on wooohooo.

So glad Victorino came to victor and we’re able celebrate together.

Omg I’m so proud of my young lady that she’s has become and how much she has blossomed with so much confidence and proud of who she is. Cheer makes her so happy also doing mascoting, and stunting. She’s also President of the KMGA club (Stands for K-pop, manga, gaming, and anime) at school. She’s also involved in students senate. I can’t wait to see what you become in the future, my FAVORITE daughter of mine. 💙💙💙
