🥒Cool as a Cucumber Wine Spritzer 🥒
Ingredients
1 English cucumber, divided.
2 cups prepared Elderflower Cordial Tea or Pink Lemonade Herbal Tea, chilled
2 cups white wine, your choice
1 lime
1 cup soda water
Preparation
Roughly chop half the cucumber and place in blender with tea and wine. Blend on high 1 min.
Meanwhile, dice remaining cucumber and slice lime into wedges. Set aside.
Slowly pour wine mixture through a sieve into a large pitcher. Use the back of a spoon to press down pulp to get as much liquid through the sieve as possible. Discard pulp.
Stir in soda water, cucumber, and lime. Pour over ice into four glasses.

This or That…Our Strawbeey Margarita mix has so many uses. Which one would you whip up on a hot July day? For all my Epicure obsessed people, what else do you make with your Strawberry Margarita mix?

My "why epicure" story. I used to love cooking! I tried all sorts of new recipes. For fun, I would sit and look at cookbooks. I think my mom had a monthly subscription to Better Homes and Gardens cookbooks 😀 That was a highlight when I would go home to visit! My husband said I could cook better than any restaurant in town. 🥰 Trying to earn brownie points I am sure! Now fast forward umpteen years later...work, three busy kid's activities, personal commitments, you get it, and this momma is tired. It became a whole another job just to shop and make a meal. It would be 6:00 and one of my family would ask THAT question, "What's for dinner"? 🤷‍♀️ Then, just when I needed it most, enter Epicure! I was gifted some products, from another busy momma. And just like that...I remembered how much I love to cook. I grab a packet, the recipe is on the back, all my spices and seasonings are ready to go. I mix in my couple ingredients, fresh produce, meat, etc, and there is dinner! No more running around to make sure I have everything. What makes this even better is that I do not have to worry about what my family is eating. Everything is non-GMO, whole foods. To think, this company has been around for years and I just found it!
