How to naturally reduce wrinkles and create glowing skin
1. One of the ways to have nice glowing skin is nutrition. What we eat is very important for our overall health and it is visible on our skin. When we are healthy, we are happier and it shows on our face. It doesn’t matter what kinds of facial regimes we use, with poor nutrition, we will not get good results.
2. Make sure all the food you eat is: REAL FOOD. It means food that is not processed. It means eating lots of vegetable and fruit but choosing organic ones, so that they haven’t been treated with pesticides. Pesticides stay in our body and cause damage tour health.
3. Good nutrition doesn’t man being on a special diet, it means eating food that is natural and not chemically processed.
4. You are what you eat and that holds the truth when it comes to skin and its condition.
5. Foods rich in antioxidants, will slow aging process like
Watercress
Red bell pepper
Papaya
Blueberries
Broccoli
Spinach
Nuts
Avocado
Sweet potato
Pomegranate
6. You can see signs of dehydration on your skin before you even feel the thirst. Dehydrated skin is dull and looks unhealthy. Drinking water, especially hot water is very important, not only to hydrate your body but also to flush out the toxins from it.
7. Drinking green tea – full of antioxidants fighting free radicals and making your skin look healthy, brighter and youthful
8. Skin care routine –taking care of your face now will benefit later. Make sure you always keep it moisturized, always remove make up (if you wear it) before you go to sleep, no matter how tired you are
